Avelamer Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel at home in every piece you wear from Avelamer. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached and packaging included. A receipt or order number is required.

To begin a return, email us at hi@avelamer.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. U.S. return shipping is a flat $7, deducted from your refund, so there's nothing to pay up front. Please reach out for approval before sending anything back so we can ensure your return goes through smoothly.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the size or style you’d prefer is to return your item and place a new order once the return has been approved. This ensures you get what you want without delay.

Damages & Quality

Every piece is carefully made and inspected, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hi@avelamer.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

What Can’t Be Returned

Some items are final sale:

• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale
• Customer-personalized items (except in cases of damage or error)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund approval and you haven’t seen it, reach out to us at hi@avelamer.com.

International Orders

International customers are welcome to return eligible items, though return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
