Avelamer Shipping Policy

Fulfillment

Please allow approximately 5 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.

U.S. Shipping

• $5 flat rate for orders under $100
• Free shipping on orders over $100
• Standard delivery: 3-7 business days after fulfillment
• Expedited options may be available at checkout

International Shipping

• Canada: $15 flat rate
• UK & Australia: $20 flat rate
• Delivery times: typically 7–21 business days after fulfillment
• International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control may occasionally extend delivery times.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly. If you need further support, reach out to us at hi@avelamer.com. We’ll do everything we can to help.

Pre-Orders & Limited Collections (if applicable)

Items marked “Pre-Order” will ship on or around the date noted on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
